Reservation # 94 (2023-2024)

A reservation is only valid after receiving a duly completed and signed form (2 pages) and payment of € 125 reservation fee (administrative cost) into the account of Vaartkom #94 NV -account number BE64 7310 2782 7352 -BIC: KREDBEBB -with reference “VS94 reservation + (full name)”.

Reservations are being treated on a “first come, first serve”-base. After receiving a valid reservation, you will be sent the tenancy agreement after March 18. You will be asked to sign it and send it back immediately. A reservation is subject to availability of the rooms. When assigning the rooms, your preferences will be taken into account as much as possible. Should an assigned room not fit your expectations, a different room can be chosen from the available rooms. Should no appropriate room be available, the reservation fee will be re-funded.

Availability can be consulted on www.vaartstraat94.be as from March 18th and is regularly updated. The rental agreement can be consulted on this website as well.
