Comfort Rooms

Room surfaces vary from 20m² to 24.5m², each with their own private bathroom (shower, toilet and wash basin).

All rooms are furnished with oak furniture: desk with drawer unit and office chair, closet, book shelve, a small sofa and a bed (220x90) with mattress. The total retail value of the furniture is about € 6 600 per room. The curtains are darkened and fire retardant. Each room has 7 power sockets, possibility for TV- and internet- connection and an intercom set.

The comfort rooms that are located on the fourth floor are oriented differently so they are larger and have more windows.

Studio

The studios have a total surface of +/- 40m² and feature a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven and sink. The studios have a separate (bed) room making them suitable to be occupied by two people. Furniture in the studios will be tailored to occupancy (1 bed or 2, 1 desk or 2, ...).
